If you have paid for and currently utilizing one of the service packages, any new terms and conditions will not be applicable until the current service has expired.

These terms of use constitute a binding agreement between yourself and Paramour Assistant.
By payment of service, you agree to the terms & conditions on this page.

Paramour Assistant cannot guarantee availability for all or any services and packages. Limited spaces are available for specific services. Please inquire for availability. Availability can change at any time; only completed payment along with confirmed starting date secures your space.

You are not contracted, nor expected to utilize Paramour Assistant's services continuously or repeatedly.

Full payment for the relevant service(s) are always required upfront, before services are redeemed.

Should you wish to use Paramour Assistant's Twitter Growth, Advertising or Admin services;

Payment is due by the Friday prior, by 8pm Eastern time (ET), commencing the start of services.

Weekly and 4-weekly packages are started on a Monday only.

Same-day payments for Twitter Growth, Advertising or Admin services are not accommodated, as I need time to be organized and prepare.

Expenses that require payment such as ads on certain websites, are additional costs that must be covered by the provider / companion.

Please make a note of your paid period in your schedule. If payments are not received by the Friday prior, I will assume you do not require my services the following week, and your space will be opened up.

Alternatively, if you plan to stay onboard until further notice, feel free to ask me to send you a payment request each time it's due.
I don't mind sending notifications each time if you have given me permission to do so.

I use weekends to schedule Twitter posts for the following day onwards, so if payment is completed late on the same-day, or the Monday when services are due to commence, I will not have time to schedule posts for you on that day. I need time to do my job to the best of my ability.

All payments made to Paramour Assistant are non-refundable.

If you have completed payment for Twitter Growth, Advertising or Admin services, starting dates are movable with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the scheduled start of services. If no written notice via text or email is received, payment for that week will be considered forfeited, should you no longer require my services.

Payments for non-scheduled services such as the Strategic Marketing plan, or a custom marketing plan are non-refundable, but can be credited towards a different service if not redeemed, or gifted or sold to a fellow companion of your choice. Paramour Assistant is not responsible for finding another companion to takeover your payment or to sell to.

Weekly, and 4-weekly service packages cannot be split into separate weeks or days, and must be used concurrently.

Daily packages cannot be split into half days or separate hours.

Services of less time than advertised are not offered.

Should Paramour Assistant be unable to complete partial time of a package, your choice of a partial refund equaling to that amount, or movable hours will be offered in replacement.

While strong marketing is expected to help, any and all packages are not guaranteed to attract a certain amount of potential clients or client bookings.

During working hours, it is Paramour Assistant's responsibility to check the 3 named blacklists, and complete screening thoroughly; according to the companions' wants and needs regarding screening.

Not all bad or dangerous clients can be detected, especially if they are first-time offenders.
Paramour Assistant holds no responsibility for a clients' behavior, should they not act appropriately in person.
